If Internet Connection Wizard ==> Connect to the network at my
workplace ==> Dialup ... and VPN ... are greyed out, try starting up
some services under Settings ==> Control Panel ==> Administrative
Tools ==> Services.
I had this greying out problem, I think it was becaues I had the
Telephony service disabled.
