XP User Accounts ?

Hi there. Me & my 2 flatmates all like to use the PC for different things.
As we have XP home we would like to use XP's function of user accounts.

The question is about e-mail. Our ISP lets us have 5 e-mail addresses. If we
set up a different user account for each person can we set up OE to recieve
only the e-mails for that person ?.

Currently all our e-mails go into 1 inbox. We would like to change this for
privacy reasons. Example being, I would like to have my own e-bay account
which requires an e-mail address that Isn't hotmail, yahoo etc. If i set up
my own user account will all the e-mails that are meant for me, go to ONLY
to my inbox on the user account i have set up ?. Many thanks.
 
Yes this will work but I would password protect my email store files because
they could import the OE store files into their own. Meaning they could look
at all your emails.
 
ebay doesn't allow you to use a hotmail or yahoo address? First time I heard
a company doing that. What's the issue?
 
Think it's for security reasons. I think.

That is strange....but they will let you sign in with a Passport, now isn't
that a hotmail thing.
