XP upgrade

I have an XP Home system that I have upgraded to XP Pro. Can I install and
reactivate the XP Home system on another Win 98SE system I have? The XP
Home system is the upgrade version.

If the Pro is an upgrade, no, since the Home is part of the upgrade license
to Pro.

Yes if both of these are yes:
1. Windows XP Home is retail and not OEM since OEM is normally permanently
tied to the original computer.
2. Windows XP Pro is a full version and not an upgrade.
