Trying to upgrade with new win xp but not working. Error:
Setup unable to load the file
E:\1386\win9xupg\w95upg.dll
Any help would be appreciated

Are you trying to upgrade Win95? If so, you can not upgrade Win95,
however, you can do a clean install using the Win95 CD as proof for
the installation.
