xp time 10 mins fast

i keep trying to fix the clock on my toolbar - it is always 10 minutes fast!!
everytime i change it to fix it it goes right back to being fast. i changed
it to be 1/2 hour slow then the next time i looked at it it was 10 minutes
fast!! again!! it is something so silly that is really bothering me! please
help!!!

Most likely, you have poor software (eg. Symantec) installed.

Maybe your computer is checking and setting the correct time and all
your clocks and watches are 10 minutes slow!
