Hi, Becki.

Works is an application program that runs under WinXP, but it is NOT a part
of WinXP. Your question would get a better response in the Works
newsgroup - although I see that MS did not bother to put that group on the
Communities menu. :>(

Click here:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.works.win

That should start Outlook Express (the MS news reader program), sign you up
with the Microsoft public news server, and connect you to the Works
newsgroup. Read a few messages there to get the flavor of the group, then
post your question. Recognize that the Works newsgroup, like this
XP.General one, is NOT MS Tech Support. It is a peer-to-peer group of other
users like yourself, some with more experience than others. Sometimes they
may be on coffee break or vacation, so you might not get an instant answer,
but you should have some useful responses soon.

I sure hope you get your ALL CAPS problem fixed soon. Are you sure the
problem is in your template, or is your Caps Lock key stuck? Reading your
post is hard on my old eyes - and it feels like you are SHOUTING at me. ;^{
