Xp Tablet Edition

I'm having trouble installing Office 2003 on Xp Tablet edition sp 1 and all the required patches. I in stall it as an administrator, double click on word to run the installer and finish the installation but when I log out and the user logs on and runs office the installer runs again. They get into word use it save documents etc then close down. As soon as the open word the installer starts again trying to re-install office again and it continually does this. But if I'm logged on as the Admin or run as the Admin there is no such problem. Any Ideas
