Recently, my PC startup is taking 3-4 minutes before the
hard drive becomes idle. Have run bootvis to check it
out, but only shows Net logon taking 2 minutes. I have
not changed the configuration of the PC for a long time,
but something is running the hard drive ragged at
startup. After that, there is no problem. Haave already
tried to eliminate each program from system
configuration, but nothing seems to help. Any ideas short
of reinstallation?
