McAffee is screwed up and will not start or run. It cannot be dumped from
"Add or Remove" because it says no files exsist. I deleted it from the
registry under "Software" but on startup McAffee wants to start but it is
not a valid program anymore. Where is the startup commands in XP...It has no
autoexec.bat. I need to clean this up...

Thanks, Paul..

Hi

From Start>Run type

msconfig

then click on the startup tab. See if there is a reference to Mcafee - if
so, uncheck it and then reboot your PC>
