How can I stop this annoyance. I looked at the registry with WINNT-userinit key and there is no problem... as I found in another website. COuld anyone please help? Thanks in advance. Sam
I would check you start-up folders first i.e.:
All Programs>Startup
Run or Load lines in the win.ini or system.ini (can't remember which, but
they can be added by older programs)
In the registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
