When I turn on the computer (WinXP) the welcome (blue screen) stays on for a very long period of time sometimes the computer doesn't even load up. Its just a blue screen with the mouse in load icon and then i have to keep resetting it. and when i hold don Ctrl, lt and delete after a while it loads up with the with windows task manager from holding the 3 keys.
