XP SP2: When is a QFE for wrong ewfapi.lib available?

Anyone knows, when MS make the QFE for the wrong ewfapi.lib in XP-E SP2
available?
I found nothing in the OEM-Download page.

Due next link the QFE should be availabe since Dezember 04

Anyone here has got the QFE from MS or do know a download link?

During the last public XPe chat Microsoft folks said this QFE is in production now so it should be available in days/weeks.
