Just installed SP2 and discovered that my website pages containing Script
code do not display the script results when executed locally on my computer,
and the same pages are OK when accessed through the Internet connection (as
http://www.). I understand that SP2 imposes some strict limitations on
things like script execution, and before I go ahead and remove the script
code from my pages (very innocent code, by the way), it would be very
helpful for me if you please check my website at www.language-usa.com and
let me know if you can see the button in the left hand column (saying "live
help" or "leave a message") right above the line saying "Click for instant
help!". I will appreciate your help greatly. -- Mark

I can see the button here with no problem. I have XP Home SP2. One
thing to try so you can run pages locally is to go to internet
options..advanced tab. Scroll down to security and check allow active
content to run in My Computer.

Ricky, your suggestion worked immediately. I am now able to run my HTML
files, with scripts in them, locally with no problem, and you've actually
saved my script code from (unnecessary) elimination! Thank you very
much!! -- Mark
