XP SP2 installation deleted partition

I was installing XP service pack 2. My computer lost
power during installation. I turned it back on, and got a
message saying installation failed and to remove the
service pack. I clicked OK and my next message was "D: is
not formatted, do you wish to format?" All of my data is
stored on this partition. Is there any way to recover
this partition?

Will this restore my lost partition as well and recover my
