Xp SP2 Event ID 4 Error....

Hi!

Sins i installed WinXP SP2 my computer hangs on startup when network
connections are enabled an some times just when working with the pc.
On the support site i kould not find the error.
Event ID 4, Source Back Web Client - 76811


Description:
The description for Event ID ( 4 ) in Source ( BackWeb Client - 7681197 )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description;
see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the
event: Failed to fetch user token (error = 1245).

This parasite was likely installed on your computer by a freeware program
you installed that also shows advertisements.
