XP SP1

so i purchased XP Pro (was 98SE, worked fairly well) in
an atempt to solve the following problem: when i
copy/paste i get the error message stating "cannot crate
an instance of required object".
living in Seattle i talked to more than few MS people and
no one has a clue. Everyone is saying "i got a mac at
home".
what's up with that? can anyone please help with
copy/paste dificulty???
Any ideas, websites, clues - anything pertaining to this
problem?

Thanks, just solved the problem by deleting:

1)Cfshellftprds.dll
2)Cfssvradmin.dll

as outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=275599
