System has been running okay since purchase. Over last 3
weeks when starting up XP there is a long pause (+-1
munitue) during loading programs, while in this state
there is no disc activity. The sound "Windows tune" that
plays during startup now plays only when the volume icon
appears on right hand side of Windows bar.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?
