Dear All,

I'm currently facing a shutdown issue under Windows XP Professional.

This usually happens when i'm playing games.

Please advise accordingly.

Best regards,

Savio Mathias

Most likely you have your system configured to automatically reboot on
system error. To modify this setting right click on the My Computer
icon and select Properties. Go to the Advanced tab and click the
Settings button under Startup and Recovery. Under System failure
remove the check from Automatically reboot.

You will also want to check your application or system event log
(control panel, administrative tools, event viewer) to see if there is
any information there that might help you determine what error is
causing the reboot.
