xp shut down

When I want to shut down my comp., he just restarts. If anyone know the
solution for this, pease help me because it's really annoying.

Hi there me is Ibraham, am IT, This problem from your Motherboard; try to
update/reinstall ur motherboard drivers or change it if u can. (and am sorry
