XP Service Pak 2 - where is it???

HI All..

I am trying to download SP2, btu i cannot find it
anywhere - if I go to windows update it does not get
listed

my machine is on SP1 - i have installed all of the latest
patches from windows update & it says there are nonew
left for me to install

any pointers..???
