To the point - have you gone to the link they give you?

Particularly:
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/ww/xpsp2/default.mspx

If the key you used (or whom ever installed XP for you used) is
"blacklisted", you have little choice in the matter - purchase a legitimate
license for Windows XP.

Hi,
It seems that the O.S that you got installed on your computer dont have the
valid Microsoft Serial Number...you can go to howtotell.com or you can tell
computer manufacturer to reinstall XP with valid Serial Key

Bye..

The information is provided "as is", it is suggested you research for
yourself before you take any advice - you are the one ultimately

getting into before you jump in with both feet.

.
Shenan,
I think I may have a "blacklisted" key. If I purchase a
legitimate license for Windows XP, will all of my software
and files have to be reinstalled.
