It's still in testing, that is a Preview version you see and should not be
installed on a production PC (ie one with essential information on it)....
and should also not be installed by anyone without the necessary knowledge
to format and reinstall XP from CD if necessary.

thats the one I am talking about. I know its for testing but htought i would
see if anyone had tried it.

Yes people have tried it. And from what I hear it needs more work.
I'd wait for the real deal to come out, unless you want to be a beta tester.

I have tried it on 5 separate computers, and have had no issues with it at
all. The only thing that I had to do was to reconfigure the ICF to allow my
computers to continue to see each other on the LAN.

Hi

Yes, SP2 works OK here, but it is still in a Public Preview edition and
should be installed onto a non-productive hard disk/partition.

Thank you, I was considering setting it on a separate disk and creating a
ghost copy of c drive before installation. I appreciate the info.
