XP service pack 2

I've noticed after installing the xp service pack my CPU usage is constantly over 50
This is casuing many problems for me
Was there something in the service pack that is causing this to happen
P4. 2.8 GHZ, 80GB hard drive, (only 5 GB used), i don't think i have lack of computer memory or speed
Something is wrong..
 
If you have installed the beta service pack 2 (the official release is not
out yet) then you are asking for trouble. You shouldn't be installing beta
releases of software onto working systems. See if there is an uninstall
option or try system restore.

You CHOSE to become a beta tester. Guess you missed the sentence, "This
technical preview is unsupported and is intended for testing purposes only.
Do not use in production environments."

There are separate newsgroups for reporting problems with beta. Click on
the newsgroup link on the above web page.
 
What did you expect? It is still in beta testing.
