Since downloading this software I cannot access my on line
banking system and an e-mail system. I continue to get a
message saying that the PC is blockig cookies and yet I
have set the security level to allow all cookies and I
have put the site address for my bank in the trusted site
category.

Are you sure it is not the pop-up blocker at fault? Try turning the pop-up
blocker off in the IE "Tools" menu so that you can access their log-on screen.
