XP restore

I can not open restore.. Get exception occured while
trying to run shell32.dll, control_rundll. Any help
would be appreciated. Pls reply to email address.

thanks for the reply. However, I can not access to turn
off restore. I will try and find the folder to delete.

You do not open restore in order to turn it off. Control Panel - System
- System restore, check 'Disable System restore', OK out and reboot.

Then have Folder Options - View set to show Hidden files, and *not* Hide
Protected mode ones and open the System Volume Information Folder (on
each drive if more than one) and delete everything in it.

Start up SR again, and I suggest there highlighting each drive, taking
Settings, and reducing the space allowed - I suggest under 1GB and
actually use 500MB
