upon reinstal on dell supplied OS, setup can not find NT5INF.cat file. This file is on the disk but will not load. This comes back as a fatal error. Anyone know what is going on?

It's possible that the CD is dirty and/or scratched and the file info cannot
be read, or the CD reader is going bad. You can either clean and/or replace
the CD and/or the CD reader. A replacement CD will need to be discuss with
Dell, since its a Dell supplied OEM OS, support is supplied by Dell.
