Xp Rebooting even if safe mode

I have just load XP Pro on my new PC. The boot gets to
the "Loading your Personal Settings" and then reboots.

I try to boot in safe mode, but it still reboots.

Any clues?

Bad Hardware.

If not - try a repair installation, but my experience is that it is HIGHLY
possible that you have a corrupted hard disk drive.

If you have another user, log on as them?
