Hello,
1. Set Windows to "Show hidden files and folders" in My Computer under
Tools/Folder
Options/View.
2. Search hard drive for "driver.cab" (without quotations). Open driver.cab
file
and locate el90xbc5.sys.
3. Right-click on el90xbc5.sys and choose "Extract".
4. Extract the file to the %systemroot%:\windows\system32\drivers (or
%systemroot%:\winnt\system32\drivers) folder. Then reboot the computer.
5. Windows should now detect the ethernet card, and then tell you that
el90xbc5.sys
is needed. This time it should enable you to browse for the file. Browse
to
directory %systemroot%:\windows\system32\drivers (or
%systemroot%:\winnt\system32\drivers). Select the file, and Windows will
update
the driver for the ethernet card and you should now have internet/network
access.
