XP Quick Upgrade Installation - System Lockup

I am trying to upgrade from Millenniun and about 3 minutes
into the launch my system locksup with no error message.
Does any one have any suggestions?
 
Upgrading from ME to XP is a disaster.
Nothing will work except your old email.
My guess on your problem would be graphics card.
Go to MS XP compatability guide.
Suggest format and clean install.
