XP Professional problem

I just installed XT professional 2002 on my computer. I
am having problem with Xt not recognizing the perifiral
hardwares such as WEBCAM by Logitech, Scanner by Canon
etc. I always had the impression that the 2002 version
would have been easier to. I am very frustrated with.

For instance, I even tried to reinstall the WebCam using
the original Disk, it keeps asking for CamDrl21 and
looking for on hard drive, even though it is already on
Logitech CD.

Please Help

hi brothers
i have a emachines and always my sound divece come and go
it tell me that i dnt have sound divice install in my
computer and some times it tell me thats it is working
correctly
