Jax is perfectly correct.
There is no way to selectively delete, move, replace or otherwise manipulate
restore points.
They are not accessible to the user in this manner by design. This is the
reason, for instance that if an infected file gets included in a restore
point the only solution is to turn off system restore (which *does* delete
*all* restore points) and then turn it back on as referenced in the article
here from Symantec;

You'll notice that among other things it states "By default, Windows
prevents System Restore from being modified by outside programs." This
includes Windows Explorer. Disk Cleanup does provide the option to delete
all but the most recent restore point.
