When I start the install and I get past the drivers and it is installing
files so I can install XP Pro I am getting “File ftdisk.sys is corruptedâ€.
The funny part is I can install 2000 Pro. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Do some reading in these google web and group searches:

There are many possible causes including a bad CD, bad CDROM drive, bad RAM,
bad/loose cable. failing motherboard, failing power supply, and more. The
fact that you could install win2k doesn't preclude any of the possibilities.
When hardware is marginal but still working somewhat you can have very
erratic results. I would try cleaning the CD first, then try a different
drive.
