XP PROFESSIONAL CD

I have read several comments about a bad XP CD. I have the same problem with
my CD. Can I have my XP Pro CD replaced without having to purchase a new one

If it is OEM SW (labeled as such or "for sale only with a computer", or
branded with the same mfr name as the computer) follow these directions:

Replacement of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Software Media
* To replace OEM software media, you must contact the OEM where you acquired
the hardware and software.
