XP Pro & Windows 98se

I have a customer that wants to network peer to peer 1
Windows XP Pro system with 3 other Windows 98se machines
with a Linksys 10/100 hub. The Windows 98se machine can see
the XP machine but the XP system can not find any Windows
98 machines. I have assigned IP addresses and they dial up
an ISP seperately using one shared phone line. Can XP see
Windows 98 machines in this type of setup? How?
