When I upgraded from XP home to XP Pro I received a message during
installation saying that it could not find sisagp.sys and needed the Silicon
Integrated Systems disk, which I don't recognize. My monitor resolution and
sizing has been off ever since. How do I correct this?

It is asking for drivers for your videocard, which is apparently an
onboard (integrated into the motherboard) SiS chip. Get the drivers
from the cd that came with your motherboard or computer, or get the
motherboard drivers from your computer mftr.'s website.
