Hi
can someone explain me why now when I press the start button on the
lefthandside, it needs about 10 to 15 seconde to react which wasn't the case
at the biginning.

Take a look at this:

If you are not comfortable editing the registry (advanced skill) then you
can cut and paste the following lines into notepad and save the file to the
desktop as "mnu_delay_tweak.reg". Double-click the file to run it.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"MenuShowDelay"="200"

Change the value from 200 to anything in the range of 0 - 4000. The default
value for the MenuShowDelay is 400. A zero value is instantaneous but may
act weird sometimes.
