XP Pro Roaming profiles

1) I am using XP Pro. I login to my computer in three ways. Admin, Myself
and Myself Company Network. I want my desktop, quick launch and every thing
to be confiqured the same. So I can find what I need no matter how I am
loged in. My question is do I do this with a roaming profile or move all the
items into All User?

I tried to change the setting unders System Properties / Advanced / User
Profiles to roaming but the option is not available.

2) If you are the Admin on a network server, by changing the user profile to
roaming, that allows their setup to follow them to each comuter they login on
to, is that correct?

If you want each user to have the same software on their desktop you than
add that through All Users? Is that Correct?

Thank you for anyone assistance. Point me in a direction where I can read
more on line will be appreciated.
