XP Pro Printer Share

A new Dell just purchased with XP Pro needs to share printers. The printer properties are set to share, but there is no "security" tab for rights. When trying to set the printers up as network printers on a W2K Pro laptop on the network, the laptop shows no printers set up on the XP pro machine

No place on the XP pro machine has security tabs (files, folders, printer properties, etc). What is set up wrong or what am I overlooking?
 
In Control Panel select Folder Options.
On the view tab scroll down and uncheck "Use simple file sharing".
Now can you see a security tabs
