I have two copies of XP Pro that I have installed on two
separate computers. I would like to install one of the
copies on a third computer that I would like to use as a
print server. Is this OK? Is it possible? I have an
older version of NT workstation, but there is no USB
support with NT, can't use that. My printers use USB
connections.

Any help is appreciated.

Greetings --

You'll need to purchase a third license for the third computer.
Multiple computers require multiple OS licenses, one per machine.
Unless, of course, you can qualify for one of Microsoft's Volume
Licensing plans. This is nothing new.

As it has *always* been with *all* Microsoft operating systems,
it's necessary to be in compliance with both the EULA, if not
technically, to purchase one WinXP license for each computer on which
it is installed. The only way in which WinXP licensing differs from
that of earlier versions of Windows is that Microsoft has finally
added a copy protection and anti-theft mechanism, Product Activation,
to prevent (or at least make more difficult) multiple installations
using a single license.
