I got a new pc a week ago today....and i was working on it
last night, and had been doing a substantial amount of
work (3d grpahics)and my machine got bogged down...so i
closed everything, restarted the computer and went off to
do something else. I came back about 10 mins later and it
was restarting again, i thought "thats strange" and just
let it go through, and it came up with a screen saying.

"We are sorry for the inconvenience, but windows did not
start properly" or somethink like that, and it listed
options (starting windows in safe mode, with the last
working settings, or just normally). I picked to start it
normally firstly, and that didn't work. What it did is
this: It ran a scan-disk, said everything was fine, and
then restarted the computer and brought me back to the
original screen.

I then tried starting it with the last working settings,
that didn't work and it did the same thing as above. I
tried it in SAFE mode, and it wouldn't even start,
everything would lock up.

This has been happening through about 34 startups, with no
way of correcting it, that is obvious to me. Hopefully
someone here can help.

Suggest you consult with the vendor from whom you purchased this
machine. It's flawed. Suggest that you be given another machine, and
let them debug your machine on their time.
