XP printing to Dot Matrix

I have 40 users over 2 sites that print labels from a FoxPro system to their Panasonic Dot Matrix printer. The old W98 machines are due to upgraded to XP but we have a printing problem. The XP test machine will only print two labels across instead of three and then form feeds six or seven rows instead of going to the next row of labels. Can anybody help.
 
Brian, have you gone to the Panasonic web site to see if they have a XP
driver for the printer? It sounds as if the present driver is causing the
problem.
