Get message "error occurred during file creation" when
trying to run MS Works word processor. The dialog box
header refers to "Canon BJC4300" which is an unsupported
printer which I attempted to install before realizing it
was not compatible. I have removed its drivers and all
references to it and then re-started the PC, with no
success. When I enter CNTRL-ALT-DEL the task manager
appears and says the printer driver is running.
Pressing "END TASK" ends it, but it reappears every
time. However, this does not occur with all account
users, only the guest. Good grief.
