Is there any availability of a combined(slipstreamed or otherwise...) CD
containing XP with SP1 and SP2 that can be easily used for clean installs
etc. by someone who wants it simple.

Note, I am a user who has PC(laptop) with OEM XP Home, and purchased
separately XP professional. For several reasons I have decided as a last
resort to do a clean install.

Hi Kam,

At the moment, you will need to create your own slipstreamed WinXPw/SP2 CD.
A quick search on google.com will bring you volumes of pages that will show
you how.

SP2 replaced all prior critical updates. You get anbd slipstream it and you
have all critical updates from the release of Windows XP until the release
of Windows XP SP2.

http://unattended.msfn.org/ is a good place to go to make a slipstreamed+
Windows XP CD.

Hi Kam,

Service Pack 2 contains everything in Service Pack 1.

I used Autostreamer v1.0.29 (found at <
http://www.autopatcher.com/autostreamer.html >. it is fast and easy to
use.

Thanks, that link does a good job of guiding one through the process.

Kam,
You can create a slipstreamed bootable Cd for WindowsXP plus SP2 from the
origninal Windows Cd + the SP2 disk [Cd or downloaded] and a burnable CD
Rom.
There is a very good tutorial on Paul Thurrott's SuperSite for windows:

Slipstreaming SP2 includes everything that was in SP1
