XP Pink screen of Death

I have XP SP2 which suddenly crashes with the pink screen of death, and
the machine has to be powercycled (Dell D610)
Any idea what is going on?

You haven't provided much information. Besides what is the "pink screen of
death"? Any error messages, what is the system configuration, any
hardware/software changes? Is this a sudden, new problem?

It's an Hardware problem. Same contact on lcd screen.
