Is it possible to set up applications so that they ALWAYS
run in the context of administrator? We are a school, and
must run some programs that require administrative rights
on machines, but we don't want to give students full
rights to the machine. Using the "Run As..." option won't
really help, since that will give them a username and
password with admin rights. Any ideas?

Right-click the .exe file or shortcut and choose Run As. There is a
radio button near the bottom that lets you choose to always run the
program under a specified user's account, enter the Admin account name
and password, and you're all set. The user doesn't need to know the
password, and they don't have full Admin rights to the PC.
