i built a computer and put XP on it now i am building
another computer can i use the same copy of XP on the new

Yes, if you remove it from the first computer. You'll need a second license
if you plan on having XP on both systems.
 
No. One computer=one activation [one license]. Another computer=another
license to buy [another purchase of XP].
