Xp opens soooo slowly

I takes 2 minutes before all the Xp programmes and
Internet work. I tried Boot vis- no changes
 
you have to keep computer updated
remove large temp cache files
remove large history files
limit temp cache/history file size
check out some xp tips sites for speed hints on how to do
these.
use www.google.com/web and search for "xp tips"
hundreds of sites out there....have fun reading/learning.
