Hello,
I have a user running XP pro on a Dell laptop. Recently,
she is getting a blue screen (physical memory dump, etc.)
I wrote down the entire message, but I could not really
find much on the knowledge base. She has noted that the
error occurs mostly when she is accessing her floppy or cd-
rom drive. She only has 1 bay for these drives, so it
seems that when she accesses the swappable drive, it has a
tendency to "blue screen" shortly after. Any ideas?

Could this be related to any of the bugs going around?
She has installed the MSFT patch and has stayed up to date
on Norton Antivirus. Thanks.

Check Symantec's web site KB (SYMEVENT.SYS is a Symantec file), and do
updates for all Norton/Symantec apps.
