XP MCE- No Cable TV Set-top Box Manuf. listing for Next Level

I am trying to set up my XP Media Center Edition to work
with my digital cable box. I have a DSL gateway through
Qwest, that controls TV and Online. The manufacturer is
Next Level. The box was programmed to work with an
infrared remote by Qwest. Microsoft doesn't have Next
Level listed as a set-top box manufacturer. I wore my
fingers out trying to find a combination that may work
using another manufacturer. Since I am using this on a
plasma TV which is a centerpiece of my living room I
really want this to work. Does anyone know of a
manufacturer that will work or are you aware of another
way of accomplishing my goal?
