All my accounts are locked out is there any way around this?

.
My admin account is Missing!?
How do I activate it!?
I know it's there I can see it when I do a cmd...
It's not at my logon screen anymore. Just a limited
account, and Guest.

I'm wondering if we have some sort of new trojan?

was it anything like my post from 12/16 "Winlogon.exe App Err -PLEASE HELP"
?

Not a trogan on my computer anyway. I did this myself as
stupid as it sounds I locked every one out except myself
and my daughter (I have administrator rights she has user
rights) when the logon screen comes up I type in my
password and it tells me my account has been locked out
contact the administrator.

If you are using XP Home, boot to safe mode (using F8) and enter the
Administrator account with a blank password (provided you did not change
it), and reset your personal logon. If you are using XP Pro, at the
logon/welcome screen hit <ALT><CTL><DELETE> twice and change the logon to
"Administrator" and enter your password to boot to the Admin account, here
again you can reset personal logon.
